What about Resilience?

Resilience is the ability to adjust to circumstances and keep going in the face of adversity, whether it’s a minor hassle or a major life event. Resilience also helps us take on challenges, form stronger relationships, and embrace new experiences.

Resilience is not static, it can grow through learning, reflecting, and building strong internal and external support systems.
