BigBlueButton Conferences

The BigBlueButton Links to an external site. Conferences tool allows you to broadcast real-time audio, video, demo applications on your desktop, share presentation slides, or demo any online resources. 

Please note: upon creating a conference (not starting it), students receive an invitation notification (an immediate email, by default), with the message, "You've been invited to participate in a web conference, [conference name] for [course name]."  So, it's important to edit the conference's name to describe it, including topic, date, and time.  Otherwise students may be confused.
