Files
The Files tool displays the course's file directory. You can add files and folders from your computer by dragging and dropping right in the browser window.
The contents of Files are visible to students by default. Files and folders can also be unpublished or hidden. Hidden folders and files can be opened by students only if they are linked from another tool. Uploading files while using the Rich Content Editor will create a hidden Uploaded Media folder to which files are added whenever uploaded while editing.
Each course is allotted 2 GB of file storage.
